2019-2020 Nominating Slate

In accordance with the bylaws, the IFMA Orange County Nominating committee has met and vetted candidates for officer positions in IFMA Orange County and is pleased to present the following slate for our members’ consideration.  Ballots are being emailed to Members and election of Officers and Directors will run thru May 8th.


PRESIDENT - Jonathan Estrella
Director of Facility and Regulatory Compliance
Knott’s Berry Farm

Jonathan Estrella has embarked on a new adventure as Director of Facility and Regulatory Compliance at the Knott’s Berry Farm theme park in Buena Park, California.  Knott’s Berry Farm is part of the Cedar Fair Entertainment Company based out of Sandusky, Ohio.  Jonathan has over thirty years of facility management experience.  He started out at Nordstrom Inc. for the first half of his facility management career.  The last 19 years he has worked with Whittier College directly and indirectly.

Jonathan resides in Huntington Beach with his wife Kelly, daughter Sydni, son Dane, and younger daughter Mackenzi.  He continues to be an active member in the community in support of aquatic facilities and sports. 



VICE PRESIDENT - Jerry Eldridge
Director of Facilities
OC Fair & Event Center

Jerry Eldridge is the Director of Facilities for the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa. He has over 30 years of construction and project management experience. Jerry spent 10 years as a general contractor building and designing projects such as apartment communities, custom homes, tilt ups, TI space development and business centers. In Jerry’s current role as the Director of Facilities for the OC Fair & Event Center he enjoys overseeing the facility operations which includes facility grounds maintenance, building maintenance, event production, landscape maintenance, farm operation and all construction projects from conception to completion.

Jerry has been a member of IFMA for 6 years. He Served as the Treasurer for the last 2 years and will currently be Vice President for the 2019-20 year.

Jerry lives in lake forest with his wife and two kids. His daughter is 20 years old heading off to Boise State as a junior for college, studying physics and his son is 13 enjoying the thralls of junior high school.  Jerry also has a son 25 years old who currently is serving his 9th year as a US Marine living in Virginia.

When there is time for play Jerry enjoys mountain bike riding, softball, all water sports and spending time with his family.

Senior Coordinator, Office Services Operations
Capital Group

Roy L. Bass is Senior Coordinator of Office Services Operations for The Capital Group, based in Irvine.  Roy has over site over onsite engineering and he is also a manages multiple projects on campus.  He has over 20 years in facilities management. 

Roy has been a member of IFMA for over 10 years. He currently holds the Facility Management Professional (FMP) and Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP) credentials.

Roy lives in Eastvale with his wife, Shurhan, sons Sean (15) and Shane (7).   










SECRETARY - Paul McGlynn
Facilities and Construction Manager
Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Paul McGlynn is the Facilities and Construction Manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company of Los Angeles.  He has been with Enterprise for 23 years in various roles and now oversees a real estate portfolio of 400 locations in Southern California servicing Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Enterprise Car Sales, Enterprise Truck Rental, Commute by Enterprise, Enterprise Fleet Management, Alamo Rent-A-Car, and National Car Rental. 

Paul became a member of IFMA in 2017 and is very active. He is in the process of completing his FMP certification alongside his staff of five Facility Managers, and attended World Workplace in Charlotte, NC.

Paul attended St Cloud State University in St Cloud, MN and currently resides in Huntington Beach with his wife Mary and their two kids. In his downtime, Paul is a soccer coach for AYSO, a member of the Sts Simon and Jude School Marketing Committee, and an avid boater.
